Tasks are accepted faster, recorded according to regulations, and the cost of work is reduced thanks to discounts based on task complexity classes. No subscriptions or automatic deductions — you pay only for the work actually completed.

Task classification by complexity

Tasks not covered by package discounts (e.g., high-cost Class D) are billed at the base rate — without limitations.
The deposit is refundable if the package is declined, provided unused funds remain (per agreement). Warranty support is not included in packages.

Connection conditions

  1. Registration and reserve: The client registers in the Axis personal account; a minimum deposit is required to work through packages.

  2. Availability: Packages apply to projects executed by our team or after auditing external projects.

  3. Discounts and bonuses: Only apply within the chosen service level; work outside the package is billed at standard rates.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription fee?
No, there are no automatically deducted subscriptions. You top up the deposit for the selected package and use it only for the work actually completed.
Can I cancel the package or stop using Axis?
Yes, if you wish, you can leave the package at any time. Any unused deposit balance is refunded according to the terms of the agreement.
The project was not done by you — can I connect?
Yes, this is possible. First, we conduct an audit of the current project state and provide recommendations on the service level. After agreement, you join the appropriate package.
What happens if the package cost exceeds the deposit?
In this case, the client can top up the deposit to continue working via the package. If no top-up is made, further tasks are billed at the standard rate.
Can the package be combined with individual orders outside the package?
Yes, all work outside the selected package is billed separately at the base rate, while the package remains active for tasks covered by its conditions.
Are there limitations by task type or complexity?
Discounts and bonuses apply only to tasks included in the selected package and its complexity classes (A–D). Any work outside the package is billed at the base rate.
